Most of my juices are usually very green, and filled with veggies, as I try to minimize the surge of fructose into my system, which can then spike blood sugar levels. On occasion, this is a wonderful juice to make when you feel a cold coming on, to help prevent sickness during cold and flu season, or to make just because it is a  potent mix of anti-inflammatory, cancer preventing nutrients.


Oranges are high in vitamin C, folate and vitamin B, great for immune support and antioxidant protection.

Carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A and other powerful health benefits that help with improved vision, cancer prevention and healthy teeth and gums.

Ginger is high in potassium, silicon and kills pathogenic bacteria, also  provides heartburn relief, aids digestion, reduce bloating, boost metabolism.

Turmeric is a powerful spice filled with anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties.

  • 2 Medium organic oranges
  • 4 Medium organic carrots
  • 1 " ginger (pealed)
  • 1 Medium organic cranny smith apple (optional)
  • 1/4 Teaspon tumeric
  • 1/2 Medium organic lemon (peeled)


Step 1. Juice all ingredients in juicer, except for turmeric. Mix turmeric into juice. If you like your juce really cold, pour it over ice, or blend with ice in high powered blender.
Step 2. Enjoy!
