These gluten free almond muffins are a big hit with the kids, as well as the husband! As Fall approaches, I find myself baking more, and loving the amazing aroma and cozy feeling it creates in the house. Since we are mostly gluten and grain free, it makes it difficult to buy nutritious yummy options from the store. These muffins go in the lunch boxes on a daily basis!
When friends come over, they are always asking for a muffin to try, so I vary the recipe sometimes to keep them curious. It’s nice to know that there are healthy options that the kids still look forward to eating!
